How do you find an experimental probability of a simple event

'Experimental' means that you actually set up the situation, you
ran it several times, and you kept a record of the results.

Example:
You flipped a coin 100 times. It came up Heads 46 times, and
Tails 54 times. The experimental probability of Heads was 46%.
