The answer is 5(x+7)
If you find the greases common factor, it would be 5. So put 5 on the outside of the parenthesis. and divide 5 by 5 and you will get 1 so you can put x in the parenthesis or you can put 1x. It is up to you. Then, multiply 5 and 7 and you will get 35. Now, divide 35 by 5 and you will get 7. Now, put 7 inside the parenthesis. And your factored equation will be 5(x+7).
