Under Moctezuma I reign, Aztec Empire had its major expansion, establishing communications with the Aztec Triple Alliance. Huayana Capac worked on urban development in Peru as well, by the construction of two important Inca roads one from Tumbez to Pachacamac and the other from Pachacamac to Cusco.
