It is negative 45
Use the order of operations , Parenthesis, Exponents, Multiplcation and division, Addition and subtraction.(PEMDAS)

parenthasees
exponenes (includes square root)
mult or division from left to right
add or subtract from left to right
so parenthasees are good
multiply first and vidied(-6 times 4)+(-7 times 3)=-24-21
then add or subtract
-24-21=-45
