so find 9/20 of 100
'of' means multiply so
9/20 times 100=900/20=90/2=45
45 chose to change it
45 is less than 60 so the answer is no

Find 9/20 of 100
9/20 * 100 = 900/20 = 45
So 45 people voted to change the law, and that's not enough.
