Well, when you have less red blood cells, then you have anemia. It makes people have less energy to produce blood and it can lead to sickle cell disease.

Anemia is a disease in which there are not enough healthy red blood cells in your body. Red blood cells help to provide oxygen to our tissues. There are so many types of anemia. When you have anemia, you may experience the following symptoms because you have a shortage of oxygen. The symptoms can be weakness, shortness of breath, fast heartbeat, dizziness, migraines, pale skin, and pain in the chest. There are many causes for anemia and this affects the treatment.
