Equation:
Y = -(5/2)x - 3.

Recall: Y = mx + c.
Slope , m =-5/2. Vertical Intercept = -3.

Since we have negative slope, we look for a line that slopes downward from our left hand to our right hand.

And also vertical intercept is = -3, so we also look for the line that cuts the y axis at -3.

Graph Y only supports this. Answer is C.
