add two exponents

For example, take 2 x 10^4, which is 20,000. This is equal to 2,000,000%, or 2 x 10^6.

All you do is change 2 x 10^4 to 2 x 10^6%.

a\in\left<1;\ 10\right);\ n\in\mathbb{Z}\\\\a\cdot10^n=a\cdot10^n\cdot100\%=(a\cdot10^(n+2))\%
