24 x 5 = 120
There are 120 total markers in the drawer.

Set up the percent proportion to solve.

(24)/(x)    (60)/(100)

To solve, you multiply 24 x 100 = 2400
Now, divide 2400 ÷ 60 = 40
There are at least 40 markers that are blue.
