Well because P = 2b + 2h, then h = (P - 2b) / 2. If you plug that into the area formula, then you get A = b * [(P - 2b) /2]. Plug in your Area (30 m²) and Perimeter (34 m), then Solve. You should end up with b = 15 and h = 2.
