What does one do if one's eye muscles feel weak or are hurting?

Just close your eyes. Rest your eye muscles Maybe even go to sleep! if you have done all, and they hurt, you should probably go to the doctor to see if something is simply wrong with your eyes.

You can look far away or look outside for a minute so your eyes can adapt or adjust
