A should have a comma after the word "state," C should have a comma after "Morrish," and D should not have a comma after "told."
B is the correct answer.

B. Suzie, my best friend, is also an amazing athlete is free from comma errors. Commas should always surround subordinate phrases such as "my best friend" when used for clarification.
