9/10 = 1/5l

Divide 1/5 to both sides:

l = 9/10 / 1/5

Flip the 2nd fraction and multiply:

l = 9/10 * 5/1 = 45/10 = 4.5

So:

Length = 4.5 or 4 1/2
Width = 0.2 or 1/5
Area = 0.9 or 9/10
