As a specialist working for the National Security agency my main job would likely be option (C)- Electronic surveillance. The NSA which is a key constituent of the United States department of defence is charged with the responsibility of collecting, analyzing and processing information from all around the world in a bid to maintain the safety of the U.S governent communication system.
