mostly biological goods (anything that is moved from one area to another that has never been there before and stays permenantly such as a new crop or people) Horses, Cattle, chickens, and other livestock came from Europe to the americas while slaves came from Africa to the americas. things like maize and yams went from the Americas to Europe and so on.
