there are two ways you could go about this. The first is if you have a calculator you can divide 2 by 9 and multiply this number by by 18 which equals four. if you have to work it out by hand then it goes like this.
2/9×18
2/9×18/1 multiply across you get 36/9
simplified this is 4/1 or 4
