Canada has a very high standard of living - especially on the global scale - it has a good education, social secirity and liveable wages. It also has a lot of natural resorces, and this is one of the reasons for the high standard of living as well. Such a country would then not have an outdated agricultural system - on the contrary, its agriculture is quite modern. The correct answer is the one about tension - the French speaking Quebuec is very different from the English speaking rest and this leads to tensions.
