so if she estimated 45 and has 41, then the error is 45-41=4

so find what percent=4/45
divide
4/45=0.0888888
percent=parts out of 100 so
x/100=x%

so 0.0888/1 times 100/100=8.8888/100
the answer is 8.88888% or rounded up is 8.9%
the answer is C
