Some may say that learning does have a positive impact on your life, however that may differ in peoples views. learning is something that wont ever stop. some may say that you learn from the cradle to your grave. and that you are still learning till this day. learning isn't always considered as good, for example: smoking.
You learn how to smoke, however it doesn't seem to have a positive effect on you. But learning how to read does. Learning does not always have positive effects neither bad. it depends on how it is used or in some cases abused.
