Is a biased sample (always, sometimes, or never true) valid and why?

A biased sample is sample used to get a claim about a population or a group of people, but this sample is not a good representative og this group. The biased sample can be sometimes true, because there sill exist very small probability that the selected sample on which the resulsts are obtained represent the characteristics of someone from the group. .
