1/4(x-7)=1+3x
(x-7)/4=1+3x
multiply8 both sides by 4
x-7=4+12x
subtract x form both sides
-7=4+11x
subtract 4 form both sides
-11=11x
divide both sides by 11
-1=x

How do you solve this please help 1/4(x-7)=1+3x
