4x+15y=13 (1)
3x+5y=16 (2)
(2) * 3 --> 9x+15y=48 becomes (3)
(3) - (1)
5x=35
x=7
sub x =7 into (1)
4(7)+15y=13
28+15y=13
-28 -28
15y= -15
y= -15/15
y= -1

therefore x=7 and y= -1
