2m+5 because you pay $2 per ticket (2 times m number of tickets), plus a one time fee for entering (+5).

2m+5, because it's $2 and letting m represent the number of people, and ten you add 5 to what ever 2m equals to since there is an additional $5 fee. Hope I was of any help :)
