Multiply like this. And it gives you your answer.





7.8•7.8•7.8

estimating would involve just rounding up to 8 for the length.
then V=blh, 8×8×8= 512

(But if you work the problem as originally stated though, 7.8×7.8×7.8= 474.552, and that rounded up is 475).
