If I were to solve this, I would take the 4 2/3 times itself and 6 2/3 times itself. When you get the mixed numbers, add them together and see if the number is less than 22 yards. If it is, you have the right answer.

From the picture, you can see that in order to go all the way around,
she'll need 4-2/3 yards twice, and 6-3/4 yards twice.

That's called the 'perimeter' of the rectangle. It's always (2 lengths) + (2 widths).

I just gave you the addition problem. Add up the mixed numbers, and see
whether the perimeter is more or less than 22 .
