The answer is D. freezing water.

For the answer to the question above, entropy is basically a measure of how organized or disorganized energy is in a system of atoms/molecules.
Melting ice, decomposing a compound and boiling water all cause a greater dispersal of energy, and so for them, entropy is increasing.
