Why are there two due process clauses in the Constitution?

In the Constitution, the fifth and the fourth amendments contain a due process clause. This deals with the administration of justice so the due process clause acts as a safeguard from arbitrary denial of life, liberty, or property by the Government outside the sanction of law.
