Giving strict instructions is just the total opposite of showing leadership. Also the workers would basically take over and not learn anything if they were allowed to do whatever they want. Lastly, there would be too much arguing if they discussed their own opinions.

The most sensible answer would actually be C). If you ask your workers to complete a task with supervision, then it would be much easier to learn.

The coach leader provides instructions but also provides feedback and supervises the workers making sure that the company's goals are in synergy with the worker's goals.
