For the answer to the question above,
It seems the function f(x) is 3/(x+4).

If the function is f(x) = 3 / (x + 4), a table could be

x f(x)

-8 -3/4

-7 -1

-6 -3/2

-5 -1

(-4 is no a valid input)

- 3 3

- 2 3/2

-1 1

0 3/4

1 3/5

2 3/6 = 1/2

3 3/7

4 3/8

If the function is f(x) = (3/x) + 4

Just substitute different values for x and obtain the respective outputs. In this case, x has to be different of o, i.e. 0 is not a valid input.
