How do you get an odd perimeter for a rectangle? If you can, how oils you get a length and a width?

An odd perimeter can only happen if either the length or the width is a fraction with 1/2 in it, or both the length and the width have a 1/4 in it.
The length and the width are found using the regular means, but you will have to worry about fractions involved, so it can get kind of messy
