All u need to do is look at the x values....if there is no repeating x values, it is a function...does not matter if the y values repeat or not.

relation t : (0,-8)(2,-7)(4,-4)(6,-4)
since there is no repeating x values, this IS a function

inverse of relation t : switch ur x and y terms
(-8,0)(-7,2)(-4,4)(-4,6)
since there ARE repeating x values of -4, this is NOT a function

so relation t is a function and the inverse of relation t is not a function.....answer is D.
