The correct answer is keep them realistic first and foremost, then keep them low intensity and keep them fun. When creating safe exercise goals it is of utmost importance that you keep your goals realistic, you need to be able to attain what is possible for you as an individual, this way you are not overexerting yourself which is dangerous and also if you put your goals to high and you can't attain them then you are very likely to give up.
