Who is the chief executive at the state level who must sign the state budget into law?

Many executive offices, especially important ones like attorney general and secretary of state, are established in a state's constitution, which provides the basis for their right to do the things they need to and a description of their duties. Other offices commonly included in a state's constitution are treasurer and superintendent of schools. Its also has something to do with the different branches as well
