Answer - Affects will be on an organisms will have internal damage for sure.

Reasoning - For this virus what would it do is once inside it will hi-jack a cell and replicate for itself, then spread then self destruct with the cell. In turn can lead to internal damage. So this virus is the lytic.

The lytic cycle kills the cells that the virus has infected. They break open and release new virus particles. This is in contrast to the lysogenic cycle.
