log(18) - log(p+2)
because base of both logarithms is 10 that means we can merge them into one logarithm

the rule is as fallows:
log(b) - log(c) = log (b/c)
log(b) + log(c) = log(b*c)

since sign between our 2 logarithms is - that means that we need to divide

answer is:
log(18/(p+2))
