I don't see any options here, but I'd say that what best describes nirvana as a goal of Buddhists is the eternal bliss the soul experiences when it escapes from the cycle of death.
Since Buddhists believe in reincarnation, according to them, nirvana is achieved once there are no reincarnations left and you truly wish to leave this world and move on to the next one.
