y=12x^(3)-5x -----> equation A

y=2x^(2) +x+6 ------> equation B

we have

12x^(3)-5x=2x^(2) +x+6

This equation can be rewritten in the following system of equations

y=12x^(3)-5x -----> equation A

y=2x^(2) +x+6 ------> equation B

we know that

The solution of the system of equations is the intersection point both graphs

using a graphing tool

see the attached figure

The solution is

x=1.07
