1) y=41 has the slope m = 0
2) A line which is perpendicular to y=41 is a vertical line, it's parallel to Y-axis. It has no slope or saying mathematically m is undefined.
3) A line which is parallel to y=41 has the same slope as y=41 or m=0

Answers: m=0, m undefined, m = 0
