Dogs and cats do not hate or love each other, they feel like they have to protect themselves from prey. Also, they have no choice also when we bring them home and make them interact with each other.

Not all Cats and Dogs hate each other but it's probably about "Survival of the Fittest" and there "Animal Instincts."
