y=mx+b is slope intercept
basically solve for y
I will assume you meant 3/4 and not 34 because people don't normally have big numbers there
y-10=3/4(x+6)
distribute
y-10=3/4x+9/2
add 10 to both sides (10=20/2)
y=3/4x+29/2
