im not very good at my living environment class because ive been absent so much, im lost on this one question, which statement correctly compares nervous regulations to endocrine regulation

A nervous system can be defined as an organized group of cells, called neurons, specialized for the conduction of an impulse. Compared to the Endocrine regulation, which is a system of sensing elements possessing the means to detect a need for both increased and decreased secretion.
