Answer: option B. The nucleus contains protons and neutrons and is orbited by electrons.

This is the planetary model, which is so known nowadays, but it is not correct. The quantum model is based in orbitals (not orbits), which are regions around the nucleus where are the electrons, but they are not circling around the nucleus.
