Simon is filling the water tank shown below.

After 2 minutes, the tank is filled up to 1/5 of its height. What is the rate, in cubic meters per minute, at which Simon is filling up the water tank?

0.025
0.050
0.100
0.125
the rectangle is the height is 1m the base or the bottom is 0.5 and the side diagnol from the base is 0.5 so plz help me

So the way I would do this is first figure out what 1/5 is as a decimal.
1/5=0.2
Now that we know that to get 2 to 1 you have to divide by 2.
2/2=1
So you do the same to 0.2
0.2/2=0.1

So that is your answer.
*Remember with decimals, you can add zeros without changing the value.
Example. 0.1 is same as 0.10000000

Answer: 0.100
