Peter says that 3/4 of a pizza is always the same as 6/8 of a pizza. Nadia says that while they are equivalent fractions , 3/4 and 6/8 of a pizza could represent different amounts. Who is correct?

peter is wright because 3/4 of a circle is the exact same thing as 6/8 because when you simplify 6/8 you get 3/4.

Peter because multiply 3/4 both parts by 2 is 6/8 so Peter is correct. the only thing that is different is the initial amount of pieces
