Answer:
Mike Webster died of a heart attack when he was 50 which Bennet Omalu discovered was cause because of CTE. Dr Omalu had an autopsy done on Mike Webster and anylazed his brain and figured out Mike had CTE. Sorry I don't know the answers to all the questions but hope this helps
