For the answer to the question above, the Municipal Government refers to an elected Government by the civilians of a region/ city and has the authority to act in the name of the citizens of the region/ city under regulations that the Central, National or Federal Government issues and of course has nothing to do with the age [young/ middle/ old age] or the gender [male/ female] of the elected persons who are authorized to perform their duties to the interests of the majority.
