Question

Just like surprise parties you never know what your gonna expect and just like outside everything and anything can be unexpected but just like a flame it could only last so long but if you had to walk down the road and look in a pulled over car and see the car moving what would you think is going on?

I would think that the car is in neutral and needs to be stopped before it hits something on the road or maybe even off the road.
