Correct answer: B). Mitosis

Mitosis is a type of cell division in which a single cell divides to form two identical daughter cell. The main aim of mitosis is for growth and replacement of worn tissue or cell in the body.

During the mitotic cell division, it is very important that the daughter cells are exactly the same with same copies of DNA.
