I believe the anwer is:
The consumption of fruit in one day, by one person, is 1.7 lbs. (1.70465753.)
I got this answer due to dividing the dividend of 622.2 by the divisor of 365 days. The quotient given was 1.70465753.
622.2 ÷ 365 ≈ 1.70465753
