1821---Spanish, on the ruins of the Aztec capital. Small groups have always held power and wealth, while many people have remained poor.Southern Mexico Plateau based on a constitution altitude. Trade with the United States showing that a colonial revolution could succeed. Destruction of Tenochtitlan by Hernán Cortés concentrated within a small upper class. The Aztecs made enemies of the surrounding tribes who were more than happy to assist the Spanish against them. :) I hope I actually helped.
